The 2018 PartyPoker LIVE MILLIONS Grand Final Barcelona has been taking place at Casino Barcelona over the past few days, with poker pros and amateurs offered a ton of quality poker action. One of the latest events to finish up is the Grand Final Finale. With 1,136 entries, the tournament was jam-packed with pros and amateurs alike vying for the first-place prize. In the end, Cairat would take on Grzegorz Grochulski in heads-up play, claiming the win just after a few hands.
It wouldn’t take too long for the final table to whittle down to the final two players. Cairat would double up Grochulski in the beginning but would earn his chips back after nailing a full house during a hand. On the final hand, Cairat would have the chip lead and Grochulski would limp-shove from the button. Cairat would call with A-6 and Grochulski would show pocket 3s.
The board ran 10-K-J, with another 10 surfacing on the turn and an ace on the river, giving Cairat the hand and Grouchulski the second-place finish. The win by Cairat would be his second highest cashout of his poker tournament career.
