The two most popular online poker platforms, PokerStars and partypoker, are hosting tournaments that follow PKO rules:

General Info About KO Series
It will start on Feb. 2 and last for two weeks.
During the series, players will be able to take part in one of the 230 available events, each of them following the progressive knockout system. Therefore, players will not have to reach the pay list to win some money.
Tournaments Split By Buy-In
Since there are 230 tournaments, partypoker decided to group them by the buy-in required to enroll in them. The ones with the lowest buy-in are called “micro.”

Different Poker Formats
Apart from the buy-in, the tournaments are further divided into several different formats. Some of the popular ones are 8-Max, 6-Max, mix-Max 8-6, Mix-Max 6-4, Battle, and PLO.
Eight Main Events In KO Series
The KO Series will feature a total of eight Main Events, with four of them being 8-max no-limit hold ’em, and four being pot-limit Omaha events.
The buy-ins for these events will start at $2.20 for the cheapest ones and up to $2,100 for the most expensive ones.
The guaranteed prizes will start at $5,000 for the low buy-in events and will go up to $500,000 for the most expensive main event.
Daily NLHE and PLO Events
Every day during the KO Series starting at 8:30 pm CET, players will have an opportunity to play one of the four no-limit hold ’em events. The one with the smallest buy-in will require you to pay $5.50 to start.
It comes with a guaranteed prize pool of $20,000. There’s also a $55, $320, and $2,100 event, with guaranteed prizes of $200,000, $500,000 and $500,000, respectively.
The four daily PLO events have a bit smaller guaranteed prizes, but buy-ins stay the same. In other words, you can pay a buy-in price of $5.50, $55, $320 or $2,100.
The tournament with the lowest buy-in has $5,000 in guaranteed prizes. The remaining three have $20,000, $50,000 and $200,000, respectively.
